What is our why?

At Silver Lining Solutions, our “why” is so important to us, as it allows all of our employees to be passionate about their profession. We are driven by a passion for empowering individuals and families to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with ease and dignity. Through our compassionate service, we strive to be the silver lining in the cloud of uncertainty, providing clarity, support, and hope for a steady future.

Darcia’s why: “My passion lies in guiding people through a crisis. I thrive on the satisfaction of getting our clients approved for Medicaid, and I find joy in lifting the weight of Medicaid applications from both our clients and their families”

Amanda’s why: “I find meaning in helping individuals and families when they're going through tough times, as it is overwhelming dealing with uncertainty. I love being there to ease their worries, not just about practical stuff but also emotional stress that comes with filing for Medicaid. I love to take the financial burden of nursing home payments away”

Sue’s why: “I do this job to support the company and families. I want to do a good job so that we continue to grow. I’m typically the first contact for a family so it is important to make a good connection and calming their nerves at being overwhelmed”

Lucy’s why: “As a former Mass Health worker; I love sharing my knowledge with my coworkers as well as learning new things. I also enjoy the comrade amongst all the girls I work with; it gives me a great sense of enjoyment and fulfillment. I always enjoy coming to work, especially spending time with the office dogs, Buster and Bruno”

Paula’s why: “I love helping clients and families with what is a very complicated process. When they are appreciative, I feel needed and grateful that I was able to help them. That sigh of relief for them is something that I’m proud of when I am able to step in with the application process”

Rita’s why: “I love being able to create personal connections with clients and families, and watching them be relieved of a burden on them. I love to help navigate them through this complicated process, and I am grateful that I’m helping them go through an unknown time”
